Visual Documentation of Po Bank Headquarters Construction

The PO Bank Headquarters project was a major milestone for one of the country’s leading financial institutions — a high-profile development designed to serve as the central hub for the bank’s executive and operational teams. Vaavak was selected to provide complete visual documentation services, ensuring that every stage of construction was captured with clarity, consistency, and purpose.

Our approach combined DSLR timelapse systems, drone videography, and progress photography to create a comprehensive archive of the project’s evolution. This multi-angle documentation was not only critical for internal communication and engineering reports, but also provided powerful visual material for public relations and marketing purposes.

We installed professional time-lapse cameras at key vantage points around the headquarters site. These cameras were remotely monitored and adjusted throughout the build, capturing thousands of high-resolution images that were later processed into cinematic, phase-based timelapse videos.

In parallel, we conducted monthly drone flights from GPS-locked positions to ensure consistent framing across updates. These aerial visuals gave stakeholders a clear view of site-wide progress and were especially useful in executive reporting and shareholder presentations.

Our team also carried out systematic DSLR photography, documenting key construction milestones with precision. Every image was carefully sorted and tagged based on location, floor, and construction phase — making it easy for engineering and design teams to locate specific visuals as needed.

All deliverables were integrated into a dedicated Vaavak Insight portal, a secure, role-based media hub designed for this project. From this platform, project managers, engineers, and executives could access filtered media based on their roles, generate reports, and track progress through categorized galleries and downloadable assets.

By combining high-end visuals with intelligent delivery systems, our work on the Parsian Bank HQ project not only preserved the story of construction but also enhanced collaboration, transparency, and institutional branding throughout the build.
